Over the years we’ve built a solid team and workforce with some staff that have been with us for over 25 years. This is because we offer a work environment that’s friendly, happy and where our employees feel like part of the family.
We invest time and energy into our team by offering onsite training. We employ with career progression in mind and don’t overlook anyone who has the correct work ethic to ensure they’re fulfilled in their day to day work which helps us to maintain a family feel throughout the whole company.
Our family workforce has expanded progressivly over the last 8 years as we now employ over 100 members of staff. We started out with just 4 trade depots back in 1997 and now have 15+ trade counters across the country; Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Yorkshire, Staffordshire and Greater Manchester, all with a sizable sales team highly qualified at doing what they do.

From trade counter operations, branch managers to drivers; we aim to fill all the key roles necessary to operate a branch from our current workforce.

Russ is the founder of Tru Plastics limited and built it from the ground up. He currently oversees the day to day running of the business.
Ken and his wife Evelyn are the backbone of the business. Ken fits new branches out personally and enjoys being on the tools delivering materials to clients first thing in the morning.
Evelyn looks after all aspects of the business - everything but not limited to I.T, Stationary, workware and accounts. Without Ken and Evelyn, the business would not be where it is today.
Yvette runs the financial side of the business making sure the accounts are in order and credit control is on point.
Kevin Scott has been with us for the last 9 years. He runs the day to day sales of TruSeal and overseas the sales staff.
Craig manages everything that is not sales related from O licenses, transport and distribution to staffing and warehouse.
David joined us in 2019, he is responsible for the internal sales team, David has a wealth of expertise in sales and is enjoying growing positive results heading up his team.
Steve is responsible for external sales for our Boston and Lincoln depot - he joined the team in 2019 and has become a invaluable cog in our finely tuned machine.
Carly joined us in 2016 and has evolved with the company to become a key internal sales person

Shane is responsible for external sales out of our Ilkeston, Langley Mill, Mansfield and Loughborough branches. He is extremely professional and driven, Shane manages a huge portfolio of clients whilst offering a personal service to them all.
Tim is responsible for the external sales out of our Leeds, Donaster, Sheffield and Chesterfield branches - Tim forms fantastic relationships with his client's whilst offering a unique level of service.
Tony is responsible for commercial sales across the UK, he has been in the industry over two decades. If Tony doesn't know about something in this industry, no one will!
Jordan is the newest member of the internal sales team, Jordan is hungry to succeed and is doing a great job in his new role.
Kerry joined us in 2015 and is responsible for the Credit Control functions and setting up of new accounts. Kerry has 20 years of experience in Credit Control and forms excellent relationships with our customers and branch managers to ensure the smooth running of the department
Joanne joined the team in April 2016 and is responsible for the credit control over several of our branches, daily liaising with our customers and building up good relationships to offer the best service to the individual customer’s needs. Joanne has over 13 years’ credit control experience.

We consider our suppliers and clients as partners, after all, without them there would be no business.
A sales representative will be personally assigned to you, ready to cover all your trade needs and requirements. They’ll arm you with marketing materials and brochures that will help you pinpoint your house build products. We’ll also support you by delivering onsite or to whichever premises suits you best.

Typical Working hours: Our working hours are usually 7.30am until 4.30pm, but our sales reps and branch managers often work out of hours to answer calls and emails, we are one of the few companies that can be contacted 365 days a year 24/7.
