TruSeal Directors Craig and Ken cherish a moment with Tony, giving him a warm send off.
A true Gentleman, Tony will be missed by all TruSeal staff and especially by Boston’s customers.
Tony has been a cornerstone of our TruSeal Boston branch since July 2019, joining us during the acquisition of the former Trade Windows site where he had already served as Manager for a decade.
With over 15 years of leadership experience in the building and plastics sector, including five years as a Warehouse Manager, Tony brought a wealth of industry knowledge that proved vital to our growth.
Under his guidance, the Boston depot didn't just maintain its substantial customer base; it flourished.
Tony’s commitment to a friendly atmosphere and a high standard of trade service has been the driving force behind our increasing sales and expanding network of loyal installers.
As he prepares for retirement, we look back on a career defined by reliability, professional expertise, and a "customer-first" approach that truly represents the TruSeal values.
Tony's last day at TruSeal was Friday 30/01/2026, and now passes the torch to Ian Potter.
Here's a few statements on those that worked closely with Tony:
Ian Potter - New Boston Manager
"Having worked with Tony for over a year I have found his wealth of knowledge to be one of the main factors of where I am today but above all he has been a fantastic and professional boss to work for. Tony has been a great help to my appointment in taking over from him here in Boston and wish him all the best in his retirement, I would like to consider myself a friend."
Kieran Atkinson - Area Sales Manager
"Tony, thanks for being an incredible leader and for all the support you've shown the team and me. Wishing you nothing but the best in your retirement!"
Chris Mace - Area manager South
"Tony has been a pleasure to work with has been an invaluable linchpin with some hard times through Covid and other issues to contend with. Has to be one of the nicest guys I have had the pleasure of working with and having known him for 18 years will be a massive miss."
